Responsibilities

• Manage quantitative and qualitative market research projects across the markets Ofcom regulates.
• Develop research briefs in collaboration with policy colleagues to meet requirements and deadlines.
• Commission and manage market research agencies and consultants, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Interpret research findings to generate insights that inform regulatory policy.
• Communicate research results to colleagues and ensure evidence informs decision making.
• Work with datasets and data tables to identify trends and insights with impact.
• Produce high quality charts, interactive data, and written reports suitable for external publication.
• Stay up-to-date with external research and market research methodologies, including AI applications.
