This role involves conducting market research in the Scandinavian region, including tasks such as project recruitment, panel building, and respondent engagement. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to panelists, scheduling interviews, and maintaining strong relationships with respondents. Additional duties include troubleshooting inquiries, ensuring data quality, and supporting project-specific needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Project Recruitment: Execute recruitment tasks for projects in Scandinavia and other assigned markets, including outreach via phone, scheduling interviews, and providing progress updates.
  2. Panel Building and Engagement: Meet registration targets, activate and reactivate panel members, resolve inquiries, and maintain professional communication with panelists.
  3. Data Quality and Verification: Investigate potential fraud respondents, complete verification processes, and ensure online testing procedures are followed.

Qualifications:
