Job Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure recruitment tasks for projects in Austria, Switzerland, and other assigned markets are fully executed.
- Reach out to M3 Global Research panelists via phone to recruit respondents for projects.
- Schedule interviews and proactively plan panel recruitment solutions to maximize resources and ensure project delivery.
- Provide updates to the project management team on work progress, results, and action plans.
- Flag potential issues to senior management, especially if recruitment progress is off track.
- Achieve outsource targets for allocated markets.
Panel Building and Engagement:
- Meet monthly registration targets for the region.
- Execute panel building initiatives in Scandinavia and other markets.
- Confirm and update email addresses of new registrants.
- Reactivate user accounts as needed.
- Investigate inquiries and complaints, providing solutions and follow-up.
- Work with the Project Management team to resolve respondent issues.
- Handle respondent inquiries according to company policy.
- Assist with updating communication procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain strong relationships with panel members through professional communication.
- Support M3 Global Research members via phone and email.
- Collaborate with the global Panel team to resolve system issues.
- Investigate and take action against fraudulent respondents.
- Complete verification for new members and perform link testing for online projects.
Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Fluency in German and English.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet, Social Media, and email tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to ask probing questions and support respondents effectively.
Additional Information:
Working hours: 09:00 - 17:30 CET, rotating twice a week to 09:30 – 18:00 CET (schedule to be confirmed monthly).
