Job Type: Contract | Base + Commission-Based

About the Role

We are looking for dedicated Research Analysts to help source and connect industry experts with our clients. This is a remote, commission-based role that requires consistency and strong communication skills.

Base Pay:* $100 for achieving at least 1 successful submission per day (expert must be freshly signed up). *

Commission:

- $1 per submission

- $100 per credit earned

*Working Hours: All activity must be tracked using Top Tracker.

*Responsibilities - Send outreach emails via Zoho to relevant professionals. - Encourage expert sign-ups through professional networking platforms. - Review and shortlist expert profiles for client projects.

*Qualifications* - 0-2 years of experience in lead generation or recruitment (Fresh grads encouraged).

*An active professional networking profile* with a good number of connections. -

Availability to dedicate 8 hours per day to this role (not suitable for full-time employees or students).

*Work Commitment* - You must dedicate 8 hours per day (timing is flexible, but daily effort is required to meet targets).
