Job Title: Market Research Analyst (Product Team)

Reports to: Product Owner

Hours & Place of Work- Full-time, hybrid role (UK-based).

Joblogic is a leading player in service management software, providing field service businesses (i.e, HVACR, Plumbing & Heating and Electrical Contracting and Maintenance) across the world with an all-in-one management solution SaaS / CRM. Our product delivers world-class software to aid in streamlining operations, increasing profitability, ensuring compliance and achieving rapid growth for all field service businesses.

Objective

This role sits within the Product Team at Joblogic. The primary function of the Market Research Analyst will be to support the Product Team in building the business case to underpin the product roadmap by identifying the appetite within the existing userbase, along with the TAM / SAM depending on the product.

Key Duties
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and changes in the competitive market.
  • Liaise with the Joblogic userbase to understand pain points and challenges and sense check potential solutions.
  • Analyse, interpret, and present data with actionable market insights.
  • Develop accurate market forecasts using historical data, industry trends, and external factors.
  • Monitor competitor strategies and industry developments.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Explore new tools and methodologies to improve data analysis.
  • Act as the organisational reference for diverse market knowledge.
  • Track industry news and forecast potential impacts on Joblogic.
Skills & Experience
  • Essential
  • Strong background in market research methodologies (quantitative & qualitative).
  • Skilled in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Proficient in statistical analysis tools and market research software.
  • Experience running market research projects and presenting findings.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Desirable
  • Familiarity with FSM, SaaS industries, and related technologies.
  • Experience with pricing strategies, forecasting, or competitor analysis.
  • Advanced data visualisation or modelling capabilities.
