As a Market Leader for the Advisor Development Program (ADP), you will:
- Provide regulatory supervision and oversight to advisors
- Ensure ADP participants meet and achieve hurdles
- Lead training and development activities, tools, and routines to enable Advisor Trainee productivity
- Personally support ADP participants requiring heightened support
- Reinforce compliance, supervision, and provide risk management support for ADP activities
- Lead pipeline management routines and coach on execution
- Support client acquisition efforts by maximizing lead potential via enterprise relationships
- Implement effective performance management, including goal setting, incentives, and recognition mechanisms
- Support market results while maintaining adherence to national programs
- Coach and develop advisor trainees for professional growth
- Support sales force expansion and effective recruiting strategies
- Administer sales supervision practices in the market
Responsibilities:

- Must hold Series 7 & 66 (or 63 and 65); if Series 9 & 10 are not held, they must be obtained within 120 days
- Travel as required depending on geography
