Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Nuneaton is seeking a Market Intelligence Analyst to turn market data into growth opportunities. You will work with commercial, category, marketing and digital teams to translate external market data into clear insights that influence decisions and support our customers' health and wellbeing journeys.

You will develop regular market share reporting, analyse data from NielsenIQ, Circana and Worldpanel, and explore category performance, competitor activity and wider retail

Location: Nuneaton, Warwickshire, with occasional travel to London

Working pattern: Hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days per week at our Nuneaton office.

As our Market Intelligence Analyst, you'll help us understand our position in the retail landscape, identify opportunities for growth and bring external market data to life. Working closely with commercial, category, marketing and digital teams, you'll turn complex information into clear insights that influence decisions across the business.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and deliver regular market share reporting, helping stakeholders understand our performance and where we can grow.
• Analyse continuous market data from sources such as NielsenIQ, Circana or Worldpanel to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Explore category performance, competitor activity and wider retail and digital trends to inform commercial decisions.
• Turn data into clear, compelling reports and presentations that help colleagues understand what the insights mean for their areas.
• Build relationships across Commercial, Category, Digital, Retail, Marketing and Analytics teams, as well as external data providers.
• Help develop our market intelligence tools, data quality and reporting capabilities, including emerging AI-enabled approaches.

What you'll bring

• Experience working with continuous market data, such as NielsenIQ, Circana or Worldpanel.
• Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel capability and experience using business intelligence tools or platforms.
• The ability to interpret complex data, identify meaningful trends and turn findings into clear recommendations.
• Confidence presenting insights and building collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
• Commercial curiosity and an interest in understanding retail performance, customer behaviour and growth opportunities.
• Experience in retail or FMCG is valuable. Knowledge of tools such as Euromonitor, Similarweb, Statista or BRC, and familiarity with AI-enabled research, would also be beneficial.
