In our continuous journey of growth and innovation at Carnival UK, we are seeking a Market Insight Manager to bring fresh insights and expertise to our P&O Cruises Insight & Data Science department.

Role Overview

This pivotal role will involve:

  • Providing market and consumer insight to guide commercial stakeholders in making better sales and marketing decisions.
  • Leading the development and delivery of market and commercial insight capabilities.
  • Understanding commercial performance trends in the context of guest behaviour and market conditions
  • Synthesising data from multiple sources into compelling stories that drive commercial value.
  • Monitoring macro trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.

This role is positioned at CUK08 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time, permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
