About the Opportunity

Embark on a dynamic 12-month placement designed to immerse you in both the sales and marketing landscapes of a leading technology company. This programme offers two enriching 6-month rotations:

6 months - Marketing Focus

Join our marketing team to learn how we position our brand, engage audiences, and drive demand generation. Gain real-world experience in event planning, campaign execution, and demand generation within a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will:

  • Plan and execute field marketing events, from hospitality to innovative experiences
  • Deliver regional webinars to attract prospects and engage customers
  • Collaborate with sales teams to provide tools, resources, and insights
  • Localise global campaigns for regional initiatives
  • Develop customer expansion programs to strengthen relationships
  • Evaluate campaign metrics to optimize future initiatives
  • Use outbound prospecting tactics to boost attendance
  • Gain insights into SaaS customer engagement strategies
  • Develop event planning, logistics, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Build communication skills for engaging with senior leaders

6 Months – Commercial Focus

Work with our business development team to understand customer engagement, sales pipeline development, and market expansion strategies. You will:

  • Grow our database by adding new prospects
  • Conduct account research to maintain a target list
  • Increase leads through campaign engagement
  • Collaborate across teams for seamless customer interactions
  • Learn account research, qualification, and sales processes
