Overview

The primary purpose of this position is to manage and support Access Technology product lines, including creating strategies for market development and growth in the region, developing sales concepts to increase market share, and working closely with marketing teams, business management, and divisional support in each local market.

As an individual contributor, you will execute the regional marketing plan for the assigned specialty in alignment with the division's mission, vision, and purpose, collaborating with key stakeholders to meet regional needs and incorporating feedback from the field and customers.

The position reports to the Manager of Market Development Interventional in EMEA. It can be based at William Cook Europe in Denmark, Cook Ireland, or field-based if you are already in a field role.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish, measure, and meet business goals for the assigned specialty and region.
  • Support market adoption for the assigned specialty.
  • Provide product and market support, acting as the regional product champion/expert.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and support conversions with key customers.
  • Address sales and customer questions related to the specialty.
  • Communicate program updates and present launch content to sales teams.
  • Develop sales tools, marketing materials, and customize solutions for large accounts.
  • Utilize CRM actively for communication and insights sharing.
  • Initiate campaigns and develop relationships with SMEs to promote the specialty.
  • Support congress materials, samples, and reimbursement updates.
  • Assist in sales training and marketing development.
  • Complete administrative duties timely and conduct business with integrity, complying with standards and policies.
Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales, marketing, or product management.
  • Higher degree or relevant experience preferred.
  • Extensive experience with relevant products and markets, with organizational change leadership preferred.
  • Strong strategic and leadership skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for business.
