Team/Role Overview

The Market Data Contracts Analyst is a dynamic role which will assist with the global coordination and oversight of all new and existing Market Data Contracts, as part of the centralised team based in Belfast.

The role holder will interface with all areas of the Market Data business, as well as working closely with Procurement and relevant Citi business functions on a global basis.

The role is key to enabling the Contracts function to operate in a proactive manner, with particular focus on governance and controls. May work on ad hoc projects as requested.

What you'll do

  • Management of centralised team mailbox and contracts pipeline
  • Coordination with stakeholders across various internal Citi businesses
  • Preparation of regular management reporting files
  • Oversight of monthly reconciliations process
  • Support contracts team subject matter experts on items pertaining to new and existing contracts
  • Review exiting process with a view to optimization
What we'll need from you
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Office
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to be proactive and use own initiative
  • Delegation experience desirable
