About the Team:

Our Europe Procurement team contributes to performance and protects Diageo's reputation by delivering value across our supply chain through commercial leadership, supplier innovation, and sustainability initiatives. The team covers market clusters including Great Britain, Ireland, Northern Europe, Southern Europe, Eastern Europe, and MENA.

About the Role:

This role manages approximately $400m spend across categories like Real Estate & Facilities Management, HR Services, Professional Services, and Route-To-Consumer. It specifically leads the HR Services category, including fleet, recruitment, temporary labor, learning & development, mobility, and benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver financial and non-financial targets.
