Job summary

Modo Energy is hiring a Market Advisor to join the Advisory team in London. The role centers on turning data into bespoke reports and providing transaction support for clients buying, selling, or financing battery assets.

Half the role is client-facing, with the rest handling end-to-end project delivery and market knowledge-building across Europe. Competitive pay, hybrid work, and equity are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing analytical role at a business that invests in or lends against battery storage.
• Evidence that you can communicate analysis, not just produce it.
• Comfortable running several live client engagements and markets in parallel.
• Able to start within a reasonable timeframe without requiring visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial due diligence and transaction support for clients buying, selling, or raising finance against battery storage assets.
• Turn Modo's data, forecasts, and research into tailored reports built for a specific client and a specific decision.
• Present your analysis in person to clients, banks, and counterparties.
• Own a project end to end from scoping to delivery with support from Head of Advisory.
• Build knowledge of European battery markets across Europe.
