Saalex in Newport, RI seeks a Control Cell (White Cell) Member to support operational planning education, training, and wargaming activities. Full-time onsite role focusing on maritime and joint exercises, scenario development, and training materials.

The ideal candidate has experience in operational planning, wargaming, and military education. Must be eligible for a Secret clearance and ready to work in a demanding, command-and-control learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational planning, wargaming, or defense exercises.
• Knowledge of joint and maritime planning concepts and doctrine.
• Ability to analyze problems and design realistic training scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Control Cell (White Cell) member and support exercise planning, execution, and scenario development.
• Plan, coordinate, execute, and assess operational-level exercises, simulations, and wargames.
