We currently have multiple positions available for experienced Security Officers looking to develop their careers and transition into the Maritime sector.

Based in the Geelong Area with onsite parking. Flexibility with shifts is essential.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Perform general maritime security duties, including traffic control, gatehouse management, contractor escort, and mobile patrol duties.
2. Provide excellent frontline customer service.
3. Identify risks, respond to incidents, and resolve issues effectively.
4. Observe, practice, and implement Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) practices.

REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS :

1. Holder of MSIC preferred (assistance in obtaining it will be provided if successful).
2. Demonstrated knowledge of electronic security systems, including CCTV and electronic access control systems.
3. Current Victorian Security License.
4. Current Police Check.
5. Current First Aid Certificate.
6. Current Driver's License.
7. Full, unlimited Right-To-Work in Australia.
8. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
9. Ability to work well within a team and independently.
10. Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative.
11. Intermediate computer and administrative skills.
12. Physically fit to walk and stand for long shifts (up to 12 hours).
13. The role is 24/7; availability to work both day and night shifts is required.
