A leading maritime charity is seeking a Maritime Lead Trainer to manage and deliver apprenticeship programmes. The role involves planning engaging teaching sessions, assessing learner performance, and ensuring compliance with educational standards. Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in maritime training and a teaching qualification.
Job Title: Maritime Lead Trainer
Location: London SE1
Salary: £30,000 gross per annum pro rata (£50,000 per annum full time equivalent)
Job type: Part-time, Permanent - 3 days per week

About the role:
The Maritime Lead Trainer will plan, manage and deliver all maritime apprenticeship programmes and adult skills qualifications and to enable learners' successful achievement and progression.
