Job summary

Morson Edge is seeking an experienced Maritime Engineer with 5+ years of RoRo structures, jettys and quay walls design. You will contribute to detailed marine infrastructure designs, perform structural analyses, and ensure compliance with codes and environmental regulations.

The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams on ports and coastal projects, delivering safe, robust solutions and coordinating design with stakeholders and project schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in RoRo structures, jettys, and quay walls design.
• Experience in ports and coastal engineering and related standards.
• Knowledge of environmental and health & safety regulations in marine projects.

SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Maritime Engineer with over 5 years of proven expertise in the design of Roro structures, jettys, and quay walls. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ports and coastal engineering, capable of delivering robust, safe, and efficient marine infrastructure solutions. This role involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop detailed designs, perform structural analyses, and ensure compliance with relevant standards and environmental regulations. The successful candidate will contribute to the planning, design, and execution phases of marine and coastal projects, demonstrating technical leadership and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.

Skills

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Roro structures, jettys, and quay walls design
• Expertise in ports and coastal engineering
• Strong knowledge of marine and coastal structural design principles
• Ability to perform structural analysis and design calculations
• Familiarity with relevant UK and international marine engineering standards
• Experience in multidisciplinary project collaboration
