Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a major marine/coastal civils package in Dover. You will lead a direct delivery workforce, plan and program works, and ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards are met on a high-profile project.

The role requires proven civil/site management experience with marine/coastal schemes. CSCS, SMSTS and temporary works qualifications are desirable. This is a hands-on, leadership role in a busy, growth-oriented contractor.

Responsibilities

• Lead site teams and direct delivery workforce.
• Manage civil, marine/coastal works and associated civils activities.
• Oversee concrete works, demolition and related civils tasks.
• Drive proactive health and safety culture on site.
• Plan, programme and resource works to meet schedule.
• Coordinate site activities to ensure delivery to programme.
• Manage temporary works and underground services requirements.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering and subcontractors.
