We're recruiting for a Marine Project Manager to join us on one of the most important infrastructure projects in the UK.

As part of the Civil Works Alliance (CWA), we're delivering marine works for Sizewell C - a new 3.2GW nuclear power station that will supply low-carbon electricity to around 6 million homes for at least 60 years. This is your chance to help shape the future of clean energy in the UK - and we need someone who thrives in technically complex, high-profile environments.

In this role, you'll lead the successful delivery of critical offshore construction works. From early-stage planning to marine execution, you'll be responsible for overseeing multi-disciplinary teams and managing supply chain partners to the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading all marine operations, including site and vessel-based works, ensuring safe and efficient delivery
• Managing subcontractors and performance against contract milestones and technical requirements
• Overseeing health, safety and environmental compliance, with a focus on continuous improvement and Zero Harm culture
• Driving delivery through effective planning, scheduling, and resourcing
• Providing leadership across engineering, procurement, and construction teams to maintain control of programme and cost
• Acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders - from harbour authorities to project partners - ensuring proactive communication and issue resolution

To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring:

• Proven experience managing complex offshore or marine construction projects, ideally in a Tier 1 or client-facing setting
• Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts and marine construction standards
• A sharp understanding of risk, safety, and compliance in offshore environments (including CDM)
• Outstanding leadership skills - with a track record of building empowered, high-performing teams
• The ability to make sound decisions under pressure, and to navigate commercial, technical and stakeholder challenges with confidence
