Job summary

Bakkafrost Scotland seeks a Marine Operative to join our team on the Isle of Mull. You will work under the Senior Marine Operative and Marine Site Manager to run daily marine site operations, ensuring the highest standards of fish health, welfare and safety.

The role offers a full-time contract with a salary package up to £35,677.16 per year, including overtime. Benefits include extensive pension, life insurance and generous holiday entitlements.

Qualifications

• Day-to-day operation of the marine sites under supervision.
• Compliance with high standards of husbandry, fish health and welfare, quality standards and health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Marine Operative and Marine Site Manager in daily site operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with maintenance of stock health and welfare on site.
