Job summary

At Bakkafrost Scotland we breed, rear and process superior salmon in the pristine waters of the West Highlands and Islands. As a Marine Operative you will work under the Senior Marine Operative and Marine Site Manager to ensure high standards of husbandry, fish health and welfare, quality and safety across marine sites.

You will follow day-to-day instructions, uphold regulatory and company policies, and contribute to safe and efficient operations in a challenging coastal environment.

As a Marine Operative you will work as directed by the Senior Marine Operative and Marine Site Manager in the day-to-day operation of the marine sites, ensuring compliance with the highest standards of husbandry, fish health and welfare, quality standards and health and safety
