A key element of the role is to enhance brand presence and customer experience by improving the quality of product displays and retail environments. The role requires a blend of business insight and technical understanding, with regular market engagement to identify challenges and propose innovative solutions.

  • Implement and report on sales forecasts and ordering systems for boat builder alliances.

  • Collaborate with internal marine teams to identify, support, and develop new business opportunities.

  • Develop and manage retail materials to enhance customer-facing environments.

  • Assist with franchise ownership transitions, including negotiation monitoring, documentation, and internal communications.

  • Ensure legal franchising agreements are in line with core policies and manage any necessary local adaptations in conjunction with legal departments.

  • Build proactive relationships with sales teams in local branches and distributors to identify market opportunities and improve sales channels.

  • Understanding of business finance and funding structures.

  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to operate at management level.
