Job summary

Tank Recruitment is seeking experienced joiners for a 3-month contract in Cornwall, working onboard vessels on interior installation, workshop bench work and exterior deck fitting. You will follow technical drawings and deliver high-quality finishes in a maritime environment.

The role requires proven joinery experience on ships or in shipyards, including interior fit-out and exterior deck work, with teak decking considered highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Proven joinery experience within a marine or shipbuilding environment.
• Previous experience working onboard vessels.
• Experience with interior fit-outs and installation.
• Teak decking or exterior deck work experience is highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Carry out interior joinery and installation work onboard vessels.
• Complete bench work and bespoke joinery tasks.
• Undertake exterior deck works, including teak decking installation.
• Work to technical drawings and maintain high-quality finishing standards
