Job summary

A leading engineering agency is seeking a Marine Specialist to support project oversight for a greenfield LNG production facility in the London area. The role requires a BSc in Civil Engineering and extensive experience in the Oil and Gas sector, specifically leading teams in international projects. Qualifications

  • Minimum BSc Civil Engineering or equivalent.

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position on international projects.

KBR supports the hydrocarbon and government services markets on six continents. Serving their customers through diverse business units, KBR offers challenging assignments on some of the world's largest and most complex projects.

As a Marine Specialist, you will support the Civil and Marine manager by providing PMC oversight and guidance services to ADNOC for the FEED of a greenfield LNG production facility. The scope of work includes marine engineering elements for the LNG export jetty. The role involves interfacing with ADNOC management and SMEs, coordinating with FEED contractors, providing direction and expert knowledge, assisting in problem resolution, and bringing innovation, cost, and schedule improvement ideas. The goal is to ensure low CAPEX jetty design and constructability solutions, scope compliance, and overall project success. The position is based in the London area.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum BSc Civil Engineering or equivalent
  2. Minimum 15 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas or Petrochemical industry
  3. Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Middle East (preferred)
  4. At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position on international Oil and Gas or Petrochemical projects, leading teams on similar projects
