We’re Hiring: Marine Electrical Engineer (C-Zone & Mastervolt)
Concept Marine Group is looking for a skilled Marine Electrical Engineer to join our team on the new build programme for Southerly Yachts, based at our shipyard in Marchwood, Southampton.

This is a hands-on role for an experienced professional confident in fitting and commissioning modern marine electrical systems.

Your Role Will Include:

Installing and configuring electrical systems on new-build sailing yachts

Commissioning and troubleshooting C-Zone and Mastervolt systems

Reading and working from wiring diagrams and schematics

Collaborating with our boatbuilding and outfitting teams during the build phase

Ensuring high standards of quality and safety throughout

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in the marine industry (essential)

Strong knowledge of C-Zone and Mastervolt systems

Proficient in reading electrical drawings and wiring diagrams

Self-motivated, professional, and reliable
