How you create impact

• Manage marine cargo and liability claims with precision, maintaining accurate records through our Claims Management System.
• Provide transparency in claim statistics for management review.
• Interface with insurers, solicitors, surveyors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless claims processes.
• Conduct training sessions on claims handling, transport law, and marine liability.
• Implement and maintain global claims procedures, identifying areas for optimization.
• Advocate for cargo insurance as a vital risk transfer mechanism.

What we would like you to bring

• Experience in marine liability claims handling.
