Job summary

HSB Technical Ltd. is seeking a Marine Civil Engineer in Stirling with travel across the UK to deliver marine and civil projects from tender through execution. The role focuses on safety, quality, and commercial success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marine, Civil, Coastal, Offshore engineering or related field.
• Experience delivering marine civil works such as quay walls, jetties or coastal infrastructure.
• Willingness to travel within the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead tender submissions with engineering, methodology and costing input.
• Deliver marine and civil projects including quays, jetties, foundations, coastal protection works, and nearshore infrastructure.
• Manage project execution to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
• Coordinate marine operations including vessels, workboats, plant, subcontractors, and logistics.
• Identify and manage operational risks related to tides, metocean conditions, seabed, navigation, and environmental constraints.
• Oversee site activities, reporting, quality control, and compliance with HSE and regulatory requirements.
