As a Marine Account Executive, you will manage a portfolio of marine accounts, develop strong client relationships, and provide tailored insurance solutions.

The Role:

• Retail-facing, non-Lloyd’s Marine Account Executive role for UK and European clients.
• Manage existing marine accounts (marine trade, yacht, cargo, hull risks).
• Develop new client relationships through referrals and networking.
• Advise marinas, sailing clubs, boat builders, vessel sellers, and boatyards.
• Attend client meetings across UK coastlines.
• Provide technically sound, advice-led insurance solutions.
• Build towards future leadership roles with succession planning.
• Supported by digital marketing, strong insurer relationships, and flexible working options.
