As a Marine Account Executive, you will manage a portfolio of marine accounts, cultivate client relationships, and provide tailored insurance solutions.

The Role:
- Retail-facing, non-Lloyd’s Marine Account Executive role, handling UK and European marine clients.
- Manage existing marine accounts (marine trade, yacht, cargo, hull risks).
- Develop new client relationships through referrals and networking.
- Advise marinas, sailing clubs, boat builders, vessel sellers, and boatyards.
- Attend client meetings across UK coastlines.
- Provide technically sound, advice-led insurance solutions.
- Build towards a future leadership role, with succession planning.
- Supported by digital marketing, insurer relationships, and flexible working options.
