Marine Resources is seeking to recruit a Marina Operative to work at our client's busy Marina in Falmouth.

The successful candidate will join a dedicated team committed to providing high levels of customer service and satisfaction. Applicants must demonstrate the following qualifications:

1. Proven customer service or customer-facing experience
2. A “can do” attitude
3. The ability to work independently and as part of a team
4. Ability to stay calm under pressure
5. Computer literacy

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with a flexible work ethic to join our team. You will be involved in all aspects of marina operations, from administration to daily boatyard operations and marina maintenance tasks, working in and from the marina office.

A good knowledge of boats is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided where needed. We support your growth and help you reach your potential. A full UK driving licence is essential.

You will work Tuesday to Saturday, 40 hours per week, with occasional adjustments to start and finish times to meet operational needs.
