Job Description:

Join the ‘Greatest story in Hospitality’ by becoming one of our Marina Supervisors ‘Hospitality Heroes’ in our St Brides Spa Hotel - just one of the fantastic opportunities we offer from ‘Manor to Marina’.

OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE:

  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Hospitality & Catering
  • Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
  • Essential dietary training, any recognised body
  • Knowledge of working within a beverage led environment
  • Experience within a food and beverage service outlet for a minimum of 2 years

IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES YOU CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL:

  • Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure the efficient running of the kitchen
  • Monitor stock levels and oversee ordering to prevent shortages and minimise waste.
  • Check that all equipment is functioning properly and report any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Conduct all administrative work
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and cleanliness standards, keeping workstations and storage areas clean and organised
