Manufacturing and Warehouse Technician

Location: Bredbury, Stockport

Salary: £18.31/hour, approximately £495.60/week take-home pay

Hours: 37 hours/week, Mon-Thurs 7am-4pm, Fri 7am-12pm

Contract: 3-month initial contract with potential to become permanent

Are you from a manufacturing or warehouse background looking for an immediately available role? This position is initially for 3 months, with strong potential for permanency as the company is experiencing rapid growth with a robust order book. The role is Monday-Friday days with an early finish on Friday.

A little overtime may be available. The permanent salary range is £25,000-£28,000 per year.

The Role Includes:

• Stock control
• Internal transport
• Hands-on manufacturing tasks
• Some internal travel between sites (less than 4 miles apart)

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in warehouse or manufacturing sector
• UK driving licence and experience driving light commercial vehicles (e.g., transit vans)
• Available to start at short notice
