Anglian Home Improvements is seeking a Director of Manufacturing to lead strategy, performance and transformation of its manufacturing function. Reporting to the COO, you will run a large-scale, multi-site operation and drive operational excellence while building capability, culture and systems for growth.

You will own manufacturing performance across safety, quality, productivity, cost and delivery, develop a world-class strategy with the executive team, and lead transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Significant senior manufacturing leadership experience.
• Proven track record leading multi-site and shift-based operations.
• Experience delivering operational and cultural transformation.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver the manufacturing strategy.
• Lead and develop a high-performing manufacturing leadership team.
• Drive improvements in productivity, quality, safety, delivery and cost performance.
• Embed a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Lead business-wide transformation and change initiatives.
• Ensure governance across Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental standards.
• Build effective relationships with key stakeholders, including trade union representatives.
• Use data and insight to drive performance and strategic decision-making.
