Job summary

You will interpret drawings, perform mechanical assembly, and ensure products meet exacting standards. Working in a quality-driven environment, you will complete build records, contribute to continuous improvement, and maintain a safe work area

Qualifications

• Interpret technical information, build instructions, and assembly procedures.
• Carry out mechanical assembly operations to tight tolerances.
• Perform quality checks and dimensional inspections throughout production.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and install precision components using a variety of hand and power tools.
• Interpret technical drawings, work packages, and build instructions.
• Perform hole preparation, fastening and fitting activities to required tolerances.
• Complete structural assembly tasks in accordance with engineering specifications.
• Undertake quality checks and dimensional inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
• Accurately complete build records and production documentation.
• Identify and report quality, safety, or process concerns.
• Maintain a safe, organised, and efficient work area.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities and support team objectives.
