Role Overview

We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our Industrial Operations team at the Crawley site. The ideal candidate will have experience in wiring and assembling electrical components, following engineering drawings to ensure quality standards are met.

Responsibilities
  • Perform complex manufacturing operations according to documentation and quality standards.
  • Adhere to company processes and procedures.
  • Self-assess and approve completed products.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Detect faults or non-compliance issues and contribute to diagnostics and root cause analysis.
  • Manage and record build configurations.
  • Use company tools such as ERP and Palma for assembly tasks.
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience in wiring, soldering, and potting.
  • Ability to perform complex electronic wiring and soldering to IPC standards.
  • IPC qualification.
  • Experience in building electronic assemblies.
  • Ability to interpret drawings and wiring diagrams.
  • Experience in electronic testing.
  • Eligible to obtain full SC security clearance.
