Are you looking for a stable night shift role where you can contribute to truly meaningful work? We\'re hiring a Manufacturing Technician to join our team in Witney, Oxfordshire.

In this crucial role, you\'ll be on the front line of producing life-changing medical products. You\'ll operate and monitor advanced, highly automated equipment, ensuring the smooth, compliant, and efficient production of essential health care devices.

  • Job Title: Manufacturing Technician (Night Shift)
  • Location: Witney, Oxfordshire
  • Shift Pattern: 4 nights on, 4 nights off (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
  • Pay Rate: £16.49 per hour
What You\'ll Be Doing
  • Equipment Operation & Setup: Run and monitor automated manufacturing equipment, performing essential setup procedures, line clearances, and ensuring processes adhere strictly to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Quality & Compliance: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation using 6S principles. Ensure all work fully complies with strict quality guidelines, SOPs, COSHH regulations, and EHS risk assessments.
  • Accurate Data Management: Input and verify critical machine data (e.g., yield, efficiency) into specialized software systems (like MacPac or POMS/EBR) to accurately track inventory and manage batch records.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Effectively troubleshoot and resolve minor production issues that arise on the line. Promptly escalate more complex technical problems to Engineering or Management and collaborate with the team to report and address equipment breakdowns.
  • Safety Focus: Champion site safety by adhering to all training and procedures, including the timely reporting of near misses and accidents.
