Job summary

A leading pharmaceutical company in Worthing is seeking Manufacturing Technicians to run automated machines and maintain high standards in production. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Candidates must have experience in manual handling and be self-motivated. Manufacturing Technician x2
Based in Worthing
£16.92 p/h to (overtime rate £24.68 p/h)
4 ON 4 OFF shift pattern (2 days & 2 nights)
Days 06:45 - 19:00
Nights 18:45 - 07:00

Ongoing Assignment
Worthing Area (good transport links)
After 12 weeks service with our client, you will have the potential to earn £18.80 p/h basic, with overtime at £24.68 p/h

Responsibilities

• Run automated machines to process multiple pharmaceutical products, following company guidelines and processes.
• Continually produce a consistently high standard of product.
• Keep documentation updated throughout the manufacturing process.
• Monitor the process from start to end.

Ideal candidates

• Excellent team player with a can-do attitude
• Good attention to detail
• Able to work alone or as part of a team
• Self-motivated and good at organizing workload
• Proficient in completing accurate documentation
• Manual handling experience up to 25kg
