Job description

We reward our people offering competitive pay, good benefits, ongoing training and development, and clear opportunities to progress. Working hours are 40 to 46 hours per week, with an early finish at 12 noon on Fridays. All hours over 40 are paid at 1.5x.

You'll receive 32 days holiday per year, pension, sick pay, life assurance, and access to a Flexible Benefits programme that includes options like the cycle to work scheme, dental insurance, and dine-out discounts.

We're proud of the people behind our success. Their ideas, energy, and dedication have helped build a thriving, forward-looking business with a long track record of delivering high-quality homes and buildings across the UK.

Our mission is simple: to build sustainable, low-carbon homes of the future.

Working in a modern, factory-controlled environment with advanced robotics and automation, the facility in Witney produces over 10,000 timber frame homes a year. The focus is on quality, precision, and sustainability — with award-winning, accredited products built to the highest standards.

We've been building homes, schools, hotels, and healthcare facilities for decades — and with the offsite manufacturing sector rapidly expanding, we're looking for more people to join the team and grow with us.

About the Role

Manufacturing Technicians are essential to operations. As a key part of the production team, you'll be trained to manufacture sustainable timber frame wall, floor, and roof panels, helping to deliver high-quality components to customers around the UK.

If you enjoy hands-on work, learn quickly, get on well with others, and like solving problems, this role could be ideal.

Experience in joinery, timber frame manufacture or installation, or automated production lines is a bonus — but not essential. Full training is provided, both for now and for future development.

A basic understanding of arithmetic is helpful for reading and working from technical drawings.

The working environment is friendly, open, and welcoming — if that sounds like a good fit, we'd love to hear from you.
