Job summary

Randstad UK is seeking a Manufacturing Technician in Witney to support high-precision production. You will set up and run automated equipment, monitor lines, and uphold strict EHS standards in a clean environment.

Ideal candidates have clean room experience and proven manufacturing exposure, with a proactive, data-driven approach and a collaborative mindset for troubleshooting with engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Must have clean room experience.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience in regulated industries (Pharma, Food, MedTech) is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow sequential processes.
• Digital literacy and ability to learn new software interfaces for data management.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have clean room experience.

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment is essential.

• Prior work within a regulated industry (such as Pharma, Food, or MedTech) is considered a distinct advantage.

• Strong attention to detail with an ability to follow logical, sequential processes.

• Digital literacy and the ability to learn new software interfaces for data management.
