You'll keep the team updated on progress and delivery timelines, and make sure all documentation is completed accurately and on time. If you spot a problem, we want to hear about it. Your input will help us solve issues and keep improving how we work every day.

We’re a small but fast-moving company, so this is a great opportunity for a true team player with excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude. In addition to manufacturing skills, you should have a solid understanding of stock management and be adaptable to new challenges. Experience in cleanroom environments is a big plus, especially if familiar with regulated settings like ISO 13485 or cGMP. An understanding of Quality Management Systems would also be beneficial.

Who are we and what does the future hold for you?

LEX Diagnostics, founded in 2020, is a molecular diagnostics company focused on transforming patient care by delivering rapid clinical insights when they're needed most. Our innovative system integrates into primary care settings, providing PCR-level sensitivity to urgent care centres, physicians, labs, and pharmacies—all at a lower cost per test than other platforms.

2025 is a milestone year for us, as we’ve submitted dual 510(k) CLIA waiver applications to the U.S. FDA. You will be an important part of a high-impact launch that will enhance your career credentials.

The Future - In December 2023, QuidelOrtho invested in LEX Diagnostics, including an exclusive option to acquire the company around 510(k) clearance by the FDA. We have an investment partner that recognizes our team's capabilities and is excited about our future. We anticipate receiving 510(k) clearance in late 2025 or early 2026.
