Manufacturing TechnicianLocation: RH20, West SussexShift: Full Time, Day ShiftPay Rate: £12.50 - £13.50 per hour (depending on experience)

Join a growing and innovative team supplying cutting-edge technology to the medical device sector! We’re on the lookout for a Manufacturing Technician who thrives in a hands-on environment and takes pride in precision work.

Duties & Responsibilities:• Use of small hand tools and power tools for detailed assembly tasks• Soldering and assembling high-quality components• Working from engineering drawings to ensure accurate builds• Carrying out quality checks throughout the process to meet strict industry standards• Collaborating with the wider production team to meet daily targets

What We're Looking For:• A qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering OR relevant hands-on experience in assembly, production or manufacturing• Good attention to detail and ability to work from technical drawings• Comfortable working in a structured, quality-focused environment• A proactive and reliable approach to teamwork and deadlines
