Manufacturing Technician
Location: RH20, West Sussex
Shift: Full Time, Day Shift
Pay Rate: GBP12.50 – GBP13.50 per hour (depending on experience)

Join a growing and innovative team supplying cutting–edge technology to the medical device sector! We re on the lookout for a Manufacturing Technician who thrives in a hands–on environment and takes pride in precision work.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Use of small hand tools and power tools for detailed assembly tasks
• Soldering and assembling high–quality components
• Working from engineering drawings to ensure accurate builds
• Carrying out quality checks throughout the process to meet strict industry standards
• Collaborating with the wider production team to meet daily targets

What We're Looking For:
• A qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering OR relevant hands–on experience in assembly, production or manufacturing
• Good attention to detail and ability to work from technical drawings
• Comfortable working in a structured, quality–focused environment
• A proactive and reliable approach to teamwork and deadlines
