Fixed term contract for approximately X months
Working Pattern:
Week rotational pattern including weekends, covering night shifts. You will work X-hour shifts: HH:MM - HH:MM, covering approximately X shifts per month.

Role Objectives:
The Manufacturing Team Manager will lead people, plant, product, and process delivery, impacting site metrics, team performance, and operational efficiency. The role is based at our Harlesden factory, producing moulded products such as Digestives, Hobnobs, and Chocolate Digestives.
