The Manufacturing Team Manager will be responsible for overseeing and leading all activities associated with manufacturing and production of deliverable products to meet customer expectations within a defined production area. This role involves monitoring and managing both hourly and salaried resources, assigning work responsibilities, and developing and aligning resources to load. Additionally, this leader will focus on continuous improvement in production, quality, and safety, utilizing the Eaton Business System (EBS) and the Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF).
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Manufacturing/Operations.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience leading others. Strong computer skills (Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and influence management skills. Proficiency in Lean manufacturing and Operational Excellence tools such as 6S, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, Visual Management, and process focus. Strong problem-solving skills (e.g., 8-D or A3). Highly motivated, visionary, and adaptable to change.
