Job summary

Eaton South Molton is seeking a Manufacturing/Operations Leader to oversee production activities, manage teams, and drive continuous improvement across the line. You will apply Lean methodologies within the Eaton Business System (EBS) and the Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF) to improve quality, safety, and efficiency.

Lead multi-disciplinary teams, coach staff, and champion a culture of high performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of experience in Manufacturing/Operations.
• 1–3 years of experience leading others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead all activities in manufacturing and production to meet customer expectations within a defined production area.
• Manage hourly and salaried resources and align them to load and responsibilities.
• Drive continuous improvement in production, quality, and safety using EBS, CIF, BOS and HPWTs.
• Implement Lean activities to eliminate waste in key processes.
• Ensure key BOS metrics such as TRCR, Productive Utilization, On-Time Delivery, First Pass Yield, DPPM.

Theleader monitors and manages hourly and salaried resources in the assignment of work responsibilities,development, and alignment of resources to load.
