Job Description

We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Team Leader!

In this role, you will be responsible for:

To assist the Shift Leader in all process topics within Manufacturing. Ensuring operators are trained to the correct standard and delivering the correct quality to the customer.

  • Establish and maintain production output
  • Ensure team members are trained and developed to their full potential, coaching them appropriately
  • Identify deviations within processes and implement improvements
  • Drive internal costs down (process driven)

Additional responsibilities:

  • Ensuring correct Quality Standards are applied
  • Act as first responder for the identified production line
  • Actively monitor and review associate training in line with training department
  • Utilisation of BPS (Bosch Production System) principles, ensuring we deliver competitive products from an agile and sustainably waste-free value stream
  • Communicate with Shift Leader to support manning for production
  • Assist shift leaders where necessary

Working Hours: Annualised hours averaging 39 hours per week over the year. The working week length will be based over a range from 30 hours to 48 hours. Shifts will vary from 1st shift Mornings, 2nd shift Afternoons to 3rd shift Nights.
