Job summary

Everlinked Ltd is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Team Leader in the United Kingdom to lead a team of around 40 operatives on site. You will report to the Business Unit Manager and work alongside another Team Leader to drive performance, maintain quality standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

The role demands a hands-on leader who motivates, coaches and develops people, with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience as Manufacturing Team Leader, Production Supervisor, Cell Leader, Team Leader, or similar role
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, productivity and CI
• Hands-on leader who motivates, coaches and develops people
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Day shifts: 7:30am - 4:00pm Monday to Thursday, 12:00pm finish on Friday
