Job summary

Wabtec Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor on a 05:45-14:00 shift (39.25 hours/week), Monday to Friday, in the Northampton area. You will support the manufacturing team, ensure safety and quality, and oversee daily output across multiple areas as needed.

The role requires lean awareness, ability to read drawings, and strong teamwork with excellent communication. Flexibility to move between departments helps drive continuous improvement and change management.

Qualifications

• Supervisory role in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of lean tools and waste reduction.
• Ability to read drawings and interpret specs.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Adaptable to move between departments when needed.

Responsibilities

• Health and Safety of all personnel in the area.
• NRFT/QRQC: identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Ensure daily process output and investigate missed targets.
• Conduct process audits and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Apply lean/daily management practices.
• Take on other duties as required.
