Join Our Team as a Manufacturing Team Leader

Are you a natural leader with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence? We're currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Team Leader to join our high-performing team at the Derry plant. This is a key frontline leadership role in a regulated manufacturing environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.

You'll be responsible for coordinating daily production activities, driving performance against targets, and fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and efficiency. Whether you're an experienced supervisor or a hands-on team lead ready for the next step, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership career in a long-established and forward-thinking organisation.

What You'll Do

Oversee and coordinate manufacturing operations across your assigned shift

Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are followed, including correct use of PPE and adherence to safe systems of work

Deliver production output in line with schedule, cost, and quality targets

Lead and support a high-performing team through coaching, development, and regular feedback

Identify and resolve production and quality issues in a timely manner, escalating where necessary

Monitor and communicate performance metrics ( Gainshare targets)

Conduct regular team briefings, using visual management tools and performance boards

Support continuous improvement activities through Lean and WCOM practices

Manage SAP-related processes accurately and promptly

Collaborate with planning to maintain efficient scheduling and production flow

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or team leadership role within a regulated manufacturing environment

Strong organisational and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Willingness to work rotational 24/7 shifts in line with operational needs

Experience with SAP

Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement tools

Level 4 qualification or equivalent in a relevant field

Generous Annual Leave: 292 hours per year (increasing to 301 hours after 2 full years of service)
