Job summary

Burberry is seeking a Systems Analyst for our UK Internal Manufacturing team in Castleford. You will support Planning, Procurement and Production by maintaining data and producing insightful reporting across SAP, reporting tools and processes.

You will enhance data accuracy, resolve issues, and provide dependable system support to enable data-driven decision-making across the function, contributing to Burberry's craft and sustainable luxury.

Qualifications

• Experience using SAP or another ERP system with strong Excel skills.
• Ability to translate numerical data into clear insights.
• Confident, organised with data accuracy and prioritisation.
• Clear communication skills and collaboration across functions.
• Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Planning experience.
• Luxury goods or premium brand experience.
• Reporting and dashboard development experience.
• Knowledge of planning systems and data visualisation tools.
• Experience using AI-enabled business tools.
• Sustainability or traceability reporting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SAP housekeeping, data accuracy and governance.
• Ensure data integrity across planning systems, reports and dashboards.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports for Planning, Procurement and Production.
• Analyse operational performance data and identify trends, risks and improvements.
• Support KPI reporting for production, inventory and delivery.
• Provide cover for team members and support peak workloads.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting and data accuracy.
• Support automation and advanced use of reporting tools.
